Terrorism in the home! | Stockton Police & Social Services Allow domestic abuse!

I started this blog off for the online Radio Stations Boro Bounce FM which is ran by my self and my friends (DJ Ash, DJ Chrissy P and DJHMFM). But now my mind turns to further matters which I am sure every one at one point has seen happen or heard through the walls! I am talking about (as the title says) domestic abuse! IT IS Terrorism!!!!


Here in the UK any one can go to the social services and apply for a residency order without any type of investigation! This is great for abusers who love to play with the minds of the women they are abusing. Again and again the abuser is telling the abused that "if you do not comply with what I want I'll go for residency and take your baby from you"! "You will only see your baby through me"! This is abuse upon abuse! AND the social services allow this abuse to go on and its like they are putting all their trust and backing behind the abuser!



I wish I could say some of the names of these abusers but I will only cause trouble for my self and the very people I am standing up for! The girl I am talking about came home one day to find loads of empty beer cans scattered through her house as well as drug paraphernalia. The window was broken and there was a large meat cleaver left on her couch. The girl called the police who turned up.





The Police were told that this could only be the girls ex-boyfriend who keeps tormenting her every single night! Every night the girl has to call the police again and again to keep the psychotic boyfriend away who is always drunk and drugged up! He phones her when he can to tell her he is going to get her baby son taken off of her by social services! He comes to the house with his bully mates and hits the girl night after night which is why the police have to come! 

back to the big meat knife: the police see the knife and call the ex-boyfriend. The police ask if he was the one to put the knife there. The ex-boyfriend at first denies that it was him until the officer says that he is going to DNA the left beer cans. The ex-boyfriend confesses and says on the phone to the officer that he was the one who broke in and left the knife. He tells the officer he was ready to chop up his ex-girlfriend and her boyfriend. The officer tells the girl this and offers no further help. 

Why did the officer of Stockton Borough not go and arrest the ex-boyfriend with his confession to attempt to kill two people? Why was there no further action taken? What if the girl came home early and was killed?

With this and a whole list more of crimes committed against this poor girl who was kept locked up in a house with no door knobs (the ex-boyfriend took them all off and had his friends over the road watch the girl all day), why did Stockton social services deem it fit for the girls child to be taken away and put with the abusers sister. So that from then on in the only way the girl could see her child was to be around the abusing family and the abuser who she is using 100% of her energy to get away from as well as keep her baby away from too so they are both safe!

Every time the girl got away from the abuser he would turn up again and again with help from his bullying friends! 

What can be done? Why don't the social services and the courts listen to the crying mother, the abused mother. The child can't say a thing and if he or she does no one will listen! What does it take for these abusers to be locked away and never have the rights these powerful rights that they should never have!?!?

Social Services and the Law don’t work!

Based on true events, a man can be violent to his girl friend! A man can beat a woman again and again until he nearly kills her several times over! He can push his 2 year old son across the room and make him and the mother cry! He can keep his girl friend locked in a flat day and night and have his mates around to make sure the girlfriend does not get away! He and his family mentally and physically abuse his girlfriend as well as her 2 year old child! All the girl friend and loving mother wants to do is get help from the law and get away from the abuse! Does the law and Social Services help?

The answer is NO! A massive outstanding NO! The social services see it fit for the child to be taken away from the distraught mother after lies and allegations are made about her! Are these lies and allegations investigated before drastic actions are taken? NO! Of course the abusing family stick together and make up further lies and allegations keeping the mother and child apart for months.

Social Services see it fit to award a residency order to the sister of the abusing boyfriend and arrange contact at the sister’s house where the abusing boy friend can just walk in and out at any time! Who in the right mind would want to go back to a place where they were severely injured and abused again and again? Do the Social Services not see the error of their ways? Or are we dealing with a majority group of Social Workers who are (to find a better word) thick as fuck?

All I have heard again and again from Social Service Workers is “I don’t believe that is happening” or “I don’t believe that is the case”. It’s not about what some one believes it’s about what can be and should be investigated and proven! Now I am aware that some Social Service Workers do a good job, but here we are dealing with a handful of workers! It should be every Social Worker doing a great job and not just a handful! It’s not a lottery when it comes to Social Care! It’s everything or nothing!

If Social Services can’t investigate a case properly or help in any useful way then they should not have any case to award a residency order to an abusing family! If Social Services are not on the side of an abused girl then Social Services do not have the right to intervene and make that girls life harder and more upsetting!

A girl could have had a great life looking after her son as great as she did but now the son is in the hands of abusers! People who drink to excess every day, take drugs, start trouble etc etc the list goes on and on! Even to the extent of a child not being given the right amount of food a day! Complains that the child is always ill yet the child is not taken to the Dr’s for months at a time or just not at all!

I am angry with a system that does not work! You can bring up all the great things that Social Services has done but its not going to undo any of the ignorance or lack of investigation in to serious concerns! All Social Services do is turn very important concerns in to allegations and then sweep the concerns of a loving mother aside!

How many times does a woman need to cry out and show evidence that she is being abused before the Law and Social Services help her? How many times? JUST THE ONCE because it will happen again and again unless some one of authority comes to help and put strict rules in place!

Ideally if these rules are broke just ONCE there is no warning there is no one more chance! These people should go right to jail and suffer! All life’s rights revoked! No help from the state (no benefits) no second chances just solitary confinement and an hour for exercise a day. No TV or Playstation 3’s! All rights revoked when found guilty and no rewards for the rest of their life! No suspended sentences! If there is not enough money for this prisoner then go back all the way back to basics! Some one is in prison for punishment not for a holiday! I hear all the time that people commit crimes again and again because prison life is a lot easier than paying their way in life!

The government have the power and should take action! Thousands of woman and children a day are abused and need help! Will the help come? Who knows? Maybe it never will or maybe there lucky lottery numbers will come up and the woman and child will be safe!

One more thing! The child who was taken away from the mother was on contact with the father (druggy alcoholic). The father left the 4 year old child with a convicted paedophile (multiple accounts against boys and girls of ages 4 years and up) so that he could go and get him self more alcohol! The probation services asked for an in depth investigation to take place by Social Services but it never came.

Words of the Social Worker: “We have no reason to believe that the child was in any danger, case closed!”
